通过拉伸性能测试、透射电镜(TEM)观察等手段,研究了固溶淬火后预变形对Al-3.4Cu-0.34Mg合金显微组织的影响。结果表明:人工时效前加入预变形,时效强度明显提高,预变形的加入显著促进了合金中Ω相的析出,牺牲了S′相。与Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金中预变形抑制Ω相析出作用进行比较,得到了统一的解释:位错能够作为Ω相析出的非均匀形核位置。
The microstructure and tensile properties of Al-3.4Cu-0.34Mg deformed and underformed before aging were investigated through tensile test and TEM observation. The results show that the tensile strength of the alloy largely increases by pre-deformation, the precipitation of Ω phase is significantly accelerated at the expense of S' phase. These results are compared with the depressed Ω phase by pre-deformation in Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy, there comes to an explanation, which is applicable to both alloys: dislocations can act as the heterogeneous nucleation sites for Ω phase.
