对比电脉冲处理前后硅黄铜试样的磨损量、磨损表面形貌及脱锌层厚度等.探究电脉冲处理对硅黄铜耐磨耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,电脉冲处理后硅黄铜试样磨痕宽度减小,其磨损量由1.00mg减少到0.48mg,约为未处理时的50%左右;平均腐蚀速率由未处理时的7.98×10^-3 mm/a减小到5.92×10^-3mm/a,是未处理时的74%;同时,电脉冲处理后,其脱锌层平均厚度由未处理时的268.90 μm减小到90.20μm,为未处理时的33.54%。
The wear and corrosion resistance behavior of silicon brass by electric pulse treatment(EPT) were studied by the comparison of the wear mass loss, the worn surface morphology and the thickness of dezincification layer. The results show that the wear width decreases, and the wear mass loss decreases to 0.48 mg from 1.00 mg, it is about 50% of untreated. The average corrosion velocity is reduced to 5.92×10^-3 rnm/a from 7.98×10^-3 mm/a, it is 74% of untreated. Moreover, the thickness of dezincification layer is reduced to 90.20 μm from 268.90 μm, it is 33.54% of untreated.
