以Sb4O5C12纳米粒子为柱化剂,采用酸溶法和醇盐水解法制备了Sb4O5C12柱撑蒙脱土复合阻燃剂,并用F1—IR、XRD和TEM对产品进行了表征。结果表明酸溶法要优于醇盐水解法,柱撑后蒙脱土的间距扩大,呈弱晶态,蒙脱土和Sb4O5C12纳米粒子结合完美.成本低廉,可作为一种有效的添加型阻燃剂。
The Sb4O5C12 pillared montmorillonite composite was prepared from Sb4O5C12 as pillaring agent via acid soluble and alkoxide hydrolysis. The novel flame retardant composites were character- ized with XRD,TEM and FI - IR. The results showed that the acid soluble method is better than alkoxide hydrolysis method. The interlayer space of montmorillonite is larger and the composite is weak crystalline after being pillared by acid solube method. Meantime, the Sb4O5C12 nanopartieles and montmorillonite are networking from the TEM result and the composite can be used as cost effective flame retardant.
