钢铁企业煤气系统的煤气生产量与消耗量的动态平衡状态,对于降低生产成本、实现节能减排具有重要意义。针对钢铁企业煤气调度中存在的问题,以最大经济效益为目标,建立了煤气系统的通用调度模型。在此基础上,结合分级调度的思想,通过采用单纯形优化方法,给出一种相对优化的调度策略,并说明了其实现步骤。最后结合具体案例,对提出的算法进行分析,验证了调度方法的有效性。
Considering of the problems during the schedule of gas in iron and steel enterprises, a mathematical model is constructed. Based on this, a relative optimization schedule strategy is got by using grading schedule and simplex method algorithm, and the imple- ment steps are given. In the end, combining with a specific ease, the schedule algorithm is analysed, and its effectiveness is verified.
