The effects of different plant hormones combinations at different concentrations on somatic embryogenesis induction from cotyledonary embryos of Cinnamomum camphora in MS medium were studied.The results showed that in the medium MS＋2,4 D 0＆#183;5 mg/L＋6 BA 1＆#183;0 mg/L＋CH 1＆#183;0 g/L,the induction rate of somatic embryogenesis from cotyledonary embryos of Cinnamomum camphora was better with 83＆#183;3%,and the number of somatic embryos per inducing explants was 3＆#183;4,and had a better growth status;after the germination induction for somatic embryos,the germination rate was 48%.
