为从微观角度研究沥青混合料的蠕变破坏,通过CT扫描与数字图像处理技术,分析两种级配沥青混合料在蠕变剪切试验前后粗集料运动轨迹规律,通过对比研究颗粒组成对沥青混合料剪切性能的影响。为描述颗粒平动运动轨迹,定义转角θ和位移量L,另外以粗颗粒主轴方向为指标评价颗粒转动轨迹,引入△和α两个统计量来描述主轴方向变化。结果表明在剪切后,两种级配的试件各层面不论是转角还是位移量都发生较大变化,主轴方向亦极不均匀,级配SMA-13的抗蠕变剪切性能优于AC-13。
In order to study the creep damage of asphalt mixture from the microscopic point of view, the trajectory of coarse aggregate in asphalt mixture with two kinds of gradations before and after the creep shear test was analyzed using the digital image processing techniques. The influence of particle composition on the shear performance of asphalt mixture was also comparatively studied. To describe the translational trajectory of particle, the angle θ and the displacement amount L were defined. In addition, the major axis direction of coarse particle was taken as an index to evaluate the rotation trajectory of particle, and two statistics Δ and α were introduced to describe the direction changes of major axis. The results showed that both the comer and the displacement amount at different layer levels for two kinds of gradations may change greatly after the shear creep, the major axis direction is also very uneven, and the shear creep performance of SMA-13 is greater than that of AC-13.
