Since founded 30 years , the Journal of CPA is committed to making administration theoretical research prosper and promoting comprehensive reform and development of public administrative system in China. The published papers citations of CPA and the degree of reform focuses in the previous congress report of CPC can be resolved as foreseeing - leading impact and following - responding impact, and can be utilized to identify the impact of promoting comprehensive reform and development of administrative system in our country. CPAS just played the role as a platform to have integrated the annual conferences, various seminars and the projects set by CPAS or delegated projects of government and formed a virtuous cycle of connecting the academic and the practice in public administration.
