以采自新疆不同地域的狗牙根与部分华南地区及国外的狗牙根为材料,开展RAPD标记研究。结果表明,9条RAPD引物共扩增产生63条带,其中有58条显示多态性,多态性百分率为92.06%;106份狗牙根材料的GS值在0.46~0.98,平均为0.72,Nei’s基因多样性(H)平均为0.2259,具有较为丰富的遗传多样性;聚类分析表明,106份供试材料相似系数为0.68时可被聚为3类,聚类结果与地理来源有一定的相关性。
The genetic diversity of Cynodon dactylon L. Pers from Xinjiang and some from South Ghma and abroad was investigated by using RAPD marker. The results indicated: 63 bands were amplified by 9 primers,of which 58 were polymorphic, the percentage of polymorphic sites was 92.06 % ;Genetic similarity (GS) of 106 materials range from 0.46 to 0.98,the average was 0.72, the average of Nei's(H)was 0. 225 9 ,which showed they had rich genetic diversity. These data illustrates that when the similar parameters of 106 tested materials were 0.68,they were classified into third type. The result was correlated with geography source.
