近十年来对珠三角“代耕农”群体的研究，多半混淆了该经验概念在现实中所指的群体。通过对珠三角的代耕粮农与代耕菜农两类代耕农的产生的背景、分布、规模、生产及生活形态、利益诉求等方面的对比分析，发现这两类群体是截然不同的。在此基础上，提出在人口管理方式上、在居住问题上、在土地问题上、在教育问题上、在就业和生存问题上实行“分而治之”的治理政策。

英文摘要：

In the past ten years,research on ＂DaiGengNong＂ groups in the pearl river delta mostly confused the group which experience concept refered to in the real life.This paper comparative analysis DaiGengLiangNong and DaiGengCaiNong in the pearl river delta on the background,distribution,population scale,production and living situation,interest appeal and so on.The result show these two types of ＂DaiGengNong＂ groups are definitely different.Consequently,this paper proposes the ＂divide and rule＂ governance policy in population management method,housing,land-utilization,education,employment and their survival situation.
