简要阐述了水葫芦的形态生理特征,其在海南的危害成因及现状,分析目前水葫芦用于食用菌栽培研究现状,通过以水葫芦为栽培原料进行红平菇栽培试验研究,结果表明红平菇在50%、100%的水葫芦培养基质中均能生长,其子实体中铅汞含量均低于国家标准,符合食用菌生产栽培。
In this paper, the physiological characteristics, the harm causes and the present situation of Water hyacinth have been briefly described, and the present situation of Water hyacinth as edible fungus raw materials has been analyzed. The research results which water hyacinth as raw materials cultivated the red oyster mushroom, showed that the mycelium can be growth in different content of water hyacinth culture medium which has 50% and 100% water hyacinth, the Ph and Hg content are lower than the national standard.
