二烯丙基二硫(diallyl disulfide,DADS)对乳腺癌、肺癌、膀胱癌、结肠癌、胃癌、白血病等许多肿瘤均有明显的抑制作用,其作用与G2/M期阻滞有关。DADS阻滞G2/M期的分子机刺包括抑刺p34^cdc2的活性,激活MAPK信号通路,增加p21WAF1/cip1叫蛋白表达与ROS生成等。
Diallyl disulfide (DADS), a sulfur compound from garlic, has been shown to inhibit the growth of colon, lung, breast and gastric cancer cell lines and leukemia cell lines in vitro. Its anticancer effects are associated with DADS-induced the G2/M arrest. The molecular mechanisms include inhibition of p34^cdc2 kinase,activation of MAPK pathways, increase of p21^WAF1 expression and intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) production.
