当前,再制造作为一种环保节约型的生产理念和制造方式受到了许多国家的重视,成为实现可持续发展最为有效的途径之一。本文应用博弈理论,针对市场需求不确定情况下制造商废旧产品回收模式选择问题,构建了新品和再造品有价差情况下制造商和零售商的决策模型。研究表明,尽管新品与再造品有价差时,顾客对两种产品的需求存在差异,但企业再造品供给不影响其新品定价。同时,在再造闭环供应链中,制造商的收益受回收成本影响,若各种回收模式回收成本相同,制造商应选择自己回收或零售商回收,这两种模式对产品销售和制造商收益没有影响,且有利于再造品销售,而第三方回收模式较利于新品销售;若各种回收模式的回收成本有差异,制造商应尽量选择回收成本较低的回收模式。
In this paper, the product's recycling modes based on remanufacturing with uncertain demand are discussed. The selection of enterprise recycling different modes is analyzed under random market demand for products, respectively. Based on the game theory, the decision-making model between manufacturers and retailers with prices different are studied respectively. At the same time, by using numerical analysis method, the optimal solution of the main players in remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain and the influence of changing remanufacturing related factors on them can be gained, which can offer support for policymaker selecting recycling modes.
