NF-κB signaling pathway is widely present in eukaryotes,and it is involved in many biologi-cal processes,such as embryonic development,inflammation,immunity,and tumor development.The abnor-mal activation of NF-κB signaling pathway is closely related to the biological characteristics of glioma.Investiga-ting the role of NF-κB signaling pathway in the glioma proliferation,invasion,apoptosis and angiogenesis will provide new ideas and targets for the treatment of glioma.
