退耕还林工程实施10年来，取得了显著成效，工程成果的巩固是下一阶段工作的重点。产权是市场经济的重要支柱，退耕农户林权意识在工程后续发展中具有重要的作用。结合五个案例县的调查资料对退耕农户林权意识进行分析，结果显示部分退耕农户林权意识模糊，针对退耕农户林权意识存在的问题，提出了相应的对策建议。

The project of Conversing Cropland to Forestland has carried out 10 years, it has obtained significant results, consolidation of project results is the focal point in follow phases. Property rights are an important pillar of the market economy, Sense of forest ownership of farmers reclaimed plays the important role in the follow- up development of project. Analyzed the sense of forest ownership of farmers reclaimed.combining survey on 5 examples of counties, the results showed that some of farmers reclaimed with sense of forest ownership indistinctly, so the paper proposed some countermeasures against the problems existing in sense of forest ownership of farmers reclaimed.
