通过纤维和树脂的耐久性分析和GFRP锚杆、CFRP锚杆的抗碱性、抗酸性以及抗盐腐蚀性试验,得到GFRP锚杆和CFRP锚杆在不同腐蚀环境下力学性能随腐蚀时间的变化规律。研究结果表明,GFRP锚杆在碱、酸和盐介质中腐蚀1 500n后,强度分别下降13.76%,11.09%和4.14%,其耐盐腐蚀性能较好,但耐酸、耐碱性能相对较差,当GFRP锚杆应用到实际工程结构时需要考虑酸碱性环境的影响,可以通过控制应力水平低于极限拉伸强度的25%来保证耐久性的要求;酸碱盐腐蚀环境对CFRP锚杆的强度影响很小,强度下降都在4%以内,碳纤维具有较好的耐酸、耐碱和耐盐腐蚀的性质,与GFRP锚杆相比CFRP锚杆的耐久性较好;根据腐蚀环境下FRP锚杆力学性能试验成果,给出力学性能随腐蚀时间的退化规律计算公式,为FRP锚杆在腐蚀环境下的工程应用提供依据。
For the purpose of studying the durability of FRP anchor bolt,this paper studied on durability of the fiber and resin. The mechanical performance tests are conducted on FRP bolts in normal,acid,alkalis and salt conditions,from which the change law of mechanical property can be studied for bolts in different corrosion conditions. The test results chow that,after 1500 hours erosion in acid,alkalis and salt conditions,the strength of GFRP anchar falk to 11. 09%,4. 14% respectively. GFRP anchor bolt mechanical property is well in salt condition compared with in acid and alkalis conditions. When GFRP anchor bolt applied to the practical engineering structure,the influences of acid and alkaline environment should be considered,and the stress must not exceed25% of ultimate tensile strength. On the other hand,CFRP anchor bolt strength changes little in acid,alkalis and salt conditions,and intensity drops by around 4% percent. Carbon fiber erosion resistance is good in acid,alkalis and salt conditions. Compared with GFRP anchor bolt,CFRP anchor bolt durability is better. According to the test results,degradation law calculation formula of CFRP anchor bolt mechanical property were deduced in this paper,which provide the theory basis for the engineering application.
