针对目前传统微生物实验课程教学中存在的问题与不足,通过比较分析传统微生物实验的教学方式,对课程设计和教学方法进行相应的改革与完善,明确教学改革方向和具体内容,以及目标实施策略,重点突出学科之间的交叉性,使微生物实验技术与生物医学工程领域紧密结合,以提高微生物实验的综合性、理论性和连续性,从而建立有生物医学特色的微生物教学体系。在教改中采用探讨理论与实践并重的教学方式,实验中遵循学生的认知心理,采用教师适度引导、激发学生主观能动性这种循序渐进的教学方法,以期达到教学改革的目标。经过实践证明,教改取得了良好的教学效果,学生通过实验课程具备了运用微生物学技术和方法,解决生物医学工程交叉领域具体问题的能力。
Aiming at problems existing in the traditional microbiology experiment, the teaching content and teaching method were reformed. The technique of microbial experiment was used in specific biomedical engineering areas to establish a special education system. In the reform, based on students' cognitive psychology, teachers tried to stimulate students' initiative to do research step-by-step. Besides, the reform was to explore into new theoretical and practical teaching so that students could address some specific interdisciplinary problems by microbiological techniques and methods. Practice indicates that the reform achieved the desired effect.
