随着传统活性污泥工艺被广泛应用到城市污水及工业废水的处理中,剩余污泥的产生量也日益增大,因此新型污泥减量工艺的开发是一个亟待解决的问题。污泥过程减量法是指在污水的处理过程中,通过改变现有工艺的运行条件或者采用一定的技术手段,在保证不影响污水处理效果的前提下,降低污泥的产量,因此污泥过程减量工艺可以从根本上减少污泥的产量。介绍了近年来国内外实现污泥过程减量化相关工艺及其原理和研究进展,为今后开发新型有效的剩余污泥处理与处置技术提供参考。
With the widespread application of the conventional activated sludge process in the mu-nicipal and industrial wastewater treatment, the production of excess sludge is considerably high. Devel- opment of novel processes for reducing the excess sludge is urgent. Sludge process reduction technology is that the excess sludge is reduced by improving the existing technologies or operational conditions during wastewater treatment, and meanwhile the wastewater treatment efficiency is not affected. Thus, the sludge process treatment technology can reduce the sludge production radically. The corresponding tech-nologies, main principles and current methods of sludge process reduction were introduced to provide ref-erence for developing novel and effective technologies for excess sludge treatment and disposal.
