咖啡酸是一种常见酚酸,广泛分布在水果、谷物和中药植物当中。咖啡酸及其衍生物具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗肿瘤、保肝等多方面的生物活性。近年来,咖啡酸衍生物的生物活性已引起人们广泛关注和研究,不断有新的生物活性被发现。由于其结构的多样性,人们进行了以咖啡酸衍生物为前体的化学合成的探索,并取得了一定成果。本文旨在结合我们课题组对咖啡酸衍生物的研究情况,总结当前咖啡酸衍生物生物活性以及化学结构改造方面的研究成果。
Caffeic acid,a kind of common phenolic acid,frequently exists in fruits,grains and traditional Chinese herbs.The various biological activities of caffeic acid derivatives,including antioxidant,anti-bacterial,anti-tumor,hepatoprotection,etc,have aroused widespread concern and research.And new biological activities are constantly being disclosed.Meanwhile,because of their structural diversities,a wide range of chemical synthesis taking caffeic acid derivatives as precursors are being conducting.Thus,this review combining our research aims to summarize the research results on the biological activity and chemical synthesis of caffeic acid derivatives.
