Arthroplasty is often accompanied by massive blood loss. Adverse effects of blood transfusion and the shortage of blood have caused widespread concern. How to take perioperative blood conservation measures and reduce the use of allogeneic blood become important. To provide references for basic and clinical researches,we made a review for the advanced studies of perioperative blood conservation in lower limb arthroplasty.
