探讨了企业技术能力与营销能力的二元性对企业竞争力的影响以及不同类型的组织冗余对以上关系的调节作用。通过对303套中国制造类企业样本的实证研究发现:技术能力与营销能力的不平衡性与企业竞争力负相关,且两种能力的组合性与企业竞争力正相关;已吸收冗余越多,组合性与企业竞争力的正向关系越强;未吸收冗余越多,不平衡性与企业竞争力的负向关系越弱,组合性与企业竞争力的正向关系越强。
This paper explores the direct effects of ambidexterity of technological capabilities and marketing capa- bilities on firm competitiveness, and the contingent roles of different kinds of organizational slack. The empirical results based on 303 pairs of sample of Chinese manufacturing firms indicate that: The imbalance of technological capabilities and marketing capabilities has negative effect on firm competitiveness, but the interaction of technologi- cal capabilities and marketing capabilities has positive effect on firm competitiveness. Moreover, absorbed slack positively moderates the relationship between the interaction and firm competitiveness; while unabsorbed slack nega- tively moderates the relationship between the imbalance and firm competitiveness, and positively moderates the re- lationship between the interaction and firm competitiveness. This research enriches the existing research on organi- zational ambidexterity, and has some theoretical and practical significance
