在磁悬浮系统的模型参数变化的情况下,为了保证系统的动态性能保持不变,设计了降阶自适应控制方法。根据电磁铁动力学和电磁线圈的电压平衡方程,建立磁悬浮系统基本模型。采用电流环校正方法,将电流环时间常数尽量减小,使其在低频信号段可等效为普通比例环节。在此基础上,采用自适应控制算法,使闭环系统的动态性能满足要求。仿真和试验均证明该方法不但能够满足系统的动态特性要求,而且能够满足系统的实时性要求。
In order to insure the dynamic characteristic of the system immobile on condition that the system parameters are changed, a kind of rank-reduced adaptive control method is designed. The basic magnetic suspension system model is found based on electromagnet dynamics and voltage balance ot' the electromagnet coil. By designed and applied the current-loop emendation, the current-loop is equaled to a general proportion part. Based on that, the adaptive control algorithm is designed and satisfied the desire of the adjust time and overshoot, etc. The simulation and examination show that this method meets the demands of dynamic characteristic and real-time.
