在文献回顾基础上,从企业家的角度,构建了TPL企业管理创新适配过程模型,重点剖析管理创新过程中,企业家的行为及作用机理。在此基础上,通过宝供物流公司管理创新案例对构建的模型框架进行了实证检验,研究发现在一定程度上体现了分析框架的应用参考价值。

Based on literature review,this paper studies third party logistics enterprise management innovation process from the entrepreneur angle,the＂management innovation process＂fit model was constructed which takes entrepreneur as the core,which analyze entrepreneur special character,behavior and action mechanism.the model was studied and confirmed through P.G.Logistics Group Co.,Ltd.
