针对多元质量特性的参数设计问题,借鉴满意控制理论,引入指标相容性思想,提出了基于多元质量特性的满意参数设计方法.首先用双响应曲面法建立均值-方差模型并确定指标要满足的约束范围;然后对指标约束进行分解并设计约束放宽策略;最后通过指标相容性分析来求解参数的满意解集.实例分析表明,满意参数设计方法能为质量设计的改进提供较大的满意解集,在满意解集中选取的满意解比最优解更可靠.
A satisfactory parameter design approach is proposed to solve the multivariate quality characteristics problem. The mean-variance model is built by using dual response surface method and the range of constraint is defined according to the actual situation. Constraint relaxed strategy is then designed and the satisfactory set is obtained through the consistency analysis. The example results show that the satisfactory parameter design not only provides many solutions for the improvement of quality design but also avoids the unreliable factors.
