随着高校扩招，高等教育进入大众化阶段，高校毕业生就业难的问题也相伴而生．当前高校毕业生就业形势紧张，且呈多元化趋势．与应用学科学生比较，基础学科学生就业竞争力相对较弱，就业情况更加不容乐观．这与基础学科本身基础性强、成才所需教育年限长等因素密切相关．本文调查了高校基础学科毕业生就业的流向，并从学科定位、课程设置、学生自身因素等方面分析了制约基础学科学生就业的具体圜素，提出了扩大基础学科毕业生就业空间的对策。
英文摘要：
With the expansion of the college enrollment and the popularization of the higher education, the current employment situation for college graduate is urgent, and shows a trend of diversification. Compared with the applied subiects, the employment situation of the graduates from traditional maiors is specially serious. This is closely related to the traditional discipline itself, the long time for education and other factors. This paper discusses the flow of employment of college graduates, and analyzes the factors that restrict the employment of students from the aspects of subject orientation, curriculum design and students＇ own condition, etc.
