以工厂预制页岩陶粒轻集料混凝土的方式制备保温墙板;通过优化混凝土胶容比、集料级配和预湿处理方式来降低单位用水量,控制了混凝土的坍落度,解决了轻集料的在浇筑振捣过程中的上浮和混凝土离析问题。制备出的轻集料混凝土强度达到CL15-CL25等级,且墙板中后期表面无裂缝,导热系数低,强度高,可做为一种结构保温板材使用。
It have prefabricated the lightweight ceramsite thermal insulation concrete in factory.Through optimizating the adhesive volume ratio, aggregate gradation and pre-wetting treatement, this lightweight concrete reduced the amount of water used, keep the slump constant and controlled the floating and segeration in the pouring vibration ramming process.The strength reached CL15-CL25 grade, and the surface of panel is no cracks with lower thermal conductivity and higher intensity,which can be used as a kind of structure heat insulation board.
