针对以往工程变更管理中预测变更传播影响研究的不足,具体分析了水波式传播、开花式传播与雪崩式传播三种变更传播类型的特点。基于设计结构矩阵和图论,提出了一种通过零件聚类和分级来预测变更传播影响的方法,并通过一个真空吸尘器变更设计的实例验证了该方法的可行性。
To deal with shortcomings in existing engineering change propagation, characteristics of three typical engineering change propagation types (ripple propagation, blossom propagation, and avalanche propagation) were analyzed. Based on Design Structure Matrix (DSM) and graph theory, a novel method via parts clustering and rating was proposed to identify the path of engineering change propagation. A case study of vacuum cleaner was provided to validate the feasibility of the proposed method.
