The communication between satellites and ground equipment can＇t be implemented in time asynchronization eovironment.In view of this problem, this paper puts forward a satellite-ground link establishment method,which can solve the blind acquisitinn of satellite signals under the condition of time asynchronization between satellites and ground station.h analyzes the receiving and transmitting relation of satellite-ground signals under the condition of 1 pulse per second synchronization, designs an acquisition algorithm for satellite signals with large clock offset, and describes the flow of satellite-ground link establishment. The experiment is made on a ground station,and the fast satellite-ground link establishment is implemented within 1 s of satellite-ground clock offset.
