为了对可再生能源发电系统输出的波动有功功率进行调节,提高电力系统的电能质量和可靠性:本文基于已有的级联式电力电子变换装置,论及了一种同时具有有功功率和无功功率调节的电能装最。基于该装置在d,q坐标系下的数学模型,提出一种在有功功率以及无功功率调节时的直流侧电压控制方法。最后,利用MATLAB仿真工具对6kV,3MW/MVA的系统进行仿璇,仿真结果验证了系统的可行性和有效性。
This paper describes a cascade multilevel converter with star configuration based on active and reactive power regulation system. The system is intended for power leveling of renewable energy sources, as well as for improving power quality and reliability of a power distribution system. This paper concentrates the active/reactive power control, and the voltage control which are indispensable for the system's proper operation. A 6kV,3MW/MVA simulation system is designed, constructed, and tested. Simulation results verily the viability and effectiveness of the control scheme.
