创业融资对新创企业的创建与早期发展起着重要的作用,也是新企业需要面对的重要挑战。本文从社会网络的角度分析关系行为对创业融资的内在影响,并探讨信任对关系行为与创业融资关系之间存在的中介效应。通过对吉林省和浙江省的274份有效问卷的实证分析结果表明,关系行为与信任均分别对创业融资有显著影响,同时关系行为还促进了信任的加强,而且信任在关系行为和创业融资之间的中介作用明显。最后本文对实证结果加以讨论,提出本研究的理论及实践价值并对未来研究加以展望。
The start-up financing plays a critical role in the creation and early development of new venture, and it is also an important challenge entrepreneurs need to face. From the perspective of social network, relationship and start-up financing has been tested. 274 valid questionnaires from Jilin province and Zhejiang province, we develop a model that examines the effect of relationship, and mediating effect of trust. Relationship and trust have a significant effect on the start-up financing separately. Finally, we discuss the empirical results and put forward the theoretical and practical value of this study and outlook for future research.
