利用EonStudio虚拟现实平台开发了一套模具的虚拟拆装和操作仿真系统。通过三维真实感建模工具构建模具静态模型,将模型导入EonStudio虚拟环境中。运用传感器节点、事件驱动和路由机制实现的人机交互功能。利用Place和Script等节点实现虚拟模具的运动控制。并对碰撞检测与多媒体使用进行阐述.结合JavaScript和HTML开发出网络环境下的虚拟模具拆装系统。
A mould virtual disassembly and its operation simulation system is designed by using virtual reality development platform of Eon Studio. The static model of mold are drawed through 3D realistic modeling tools, and transform it into Eon Studio. The human-machine interaction is realized by use of sensor node, event driven and routing mechanism. The motion control of virtual mould is finished through Place node, Script node et al. Expound on collision detection and use of multimedia. The network mould disassembling system is finished by JavaScript, Eon Studio and HTML.
