The knowledge resources of the enterprise will be its strategic resource. So the effective development of knowledge and use of knowledge is one of the ways for obtaining the competitive advantage. In this paper, Combination of core eompeteneies and knowledge management theory, to find the relationship and effect between them, proposed three ideas that utilization knowledge manage- ment promotion enterprise core competitive power, enhance the core competitive power in the knowledge management cyclic process, and create learning organization to enhance the core competitiveness and the establishment of core knowledge alliance to enhance the core competitiveness.
