From the transit serviceexperience of the international container logistics of Busan port,international container logistics transit service in China(Shanghai) PFTZ is facing the problems of reasonable orientation,port supervision and system policies. In the future,China(Shanghai) PFTZ should promote the coordinated development of a variety of transit services of international container logisticsboth with a broad and narrow international transit sense,expand the value- added service function of international containerlogistics to enhance the international competitiveness,take economic compensation measures and international logistics transferincentive mechanism to attract international container logistics supply,innovate the port regulatory mechanism to speed up theinternational container logistics transit speed,and develop a dynamic policy innovation mechanism to promote the role of thepolicy synergies.
