水下风车海流能发电技术

中文摘要:

针对水下风车与现代风力机结构形式相似而所利用的能量介质不同的特点,分析机组海流能发电的原理.依据风力机桨叶常用翼型,考虑海流特点,利用计算流体力学方法,设计了水下风车发电机组的桨叶,从机械强度和可靠性出发,设计了机组的传动机构和密封机构,并参考海上风力机安装方式设计了水下风车机组安装结构,搭建出水下风车模型样机.通过海下试验表明,水下风车机组海流能最大捕获效率超过35%,设计的水下风车机组能有效地利用海流能发电.

英文摘要:

The underwater turbine power generation theory was analyzed aiming at its power medium difference from modern wind turbine. According to the commonly used wind turbine blade aerofoil and the ocean current characteristics, the underwater turbine blade was designed to improve the mechanical strength and reliability, and the gear train and the seal were also designed by structural dynamics methods. The foundation of underwater turbine was also investigated based on the offshore wind turbine. Then the underwater turbine prototype was produced and tested in ocean. The maximum power coefficient of prototype was higher than 35 %. The prototype can generate electricity by efficiently converting ocean current kinetic power.
