应用多目标决策的逼近理想解技术(TOPSIS),建立了地下水资源承载力评价的模型。并采用正交投影法对方法进行改进。为客观反映评价指标的重要性,根据粗糙集理论,从属性的差异度出发,确定评价指标的权重,并与专家的主观权重相结合,生成TOPSIS法评价指标的权重;通过计算地下水资源承载力分级标准和待评价方案贴近各自理想方案的贴近度,确定待评价方案的承载能力。实例计算表明,本文得到的评价结果与实际情况基本吻合。
The technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) for multi-objective decision making is applied to establish the method for evaluating groundwater carrying capacity, and the vertical projection approach is introduced to improve the method. For objectively reflect the weightness of evaluation indexes, the weights of the indexes are determined according to the difference degree of index attribute based on the Rough Set theory. These weights are further combined with the subjective weights given by the experts to form the final weights of TOPSIS method. The grade of groundwater resources carrying capacity of specific projects is determined according to the grading standard and the closeness degree apart from the ideal solution. The effectiveness of this method is verified by an example.
