简要介绍云南省在农业灌溉用水管理水平落后、灌溉试验资料缺乏条件下的农业灌溉用水定额标准编制技术方法,从理论计算和灌区实际调查两方面综合分析得到灌溉用水定额,并以全省宏观层面的水资源供需分析及与已审定的规划设计和研究成果相比较,最终得到反映云南现状生产力水平的农业灌溉用水定额标准。全省共划分出6个农业灌溉用水定额分区,水稻还进一步细化至二级分区,反映出不同气候、土壤、水资源条件对水稻灌溉用水定额的影响。
In consideration of the lag technique and management of irrigation water utilization and the lack of experimental data of irrigation in Yunnan Province, a method for determining the standard quota of irrigation water was presented. From theoretical calculation and field investigation of irrigation districts, the irrigation water quota was obtained at first. Then, the standard quota of irrigation water reflecting the current level of productivity of Yunnan Province was worked out based on water resources demandsupply balance analysis for the province from macroscopic angle and its comparison with the rehted plan and design having been examined and the research result having been achieved. Finally, the whole province was divided into 6 sub-areas of agricultural irrigation water quota, and another secondary partition for paddy was performed, so that the influences of climate, soil, situation of water resources on irrigation water quota could be reflected.
