建立了由亲水性离子液体四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([Bmim]BF4)和NaH2PO4形成的双水相体系萃取光度法测定镍的新方法。研究了离子液体用量、溶液酸度、二甲酚橙(XO)、盐的加入量对Ni^2+萃取测定的影响及共存物质影响及消除。在pH5.5,离子液相中XO与Ni^2+形成的配合物有较高的吸光度,配合比为3∶1,配合物最大吸收波长位于465 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=7.86×104L·mol^-1·cm^-1,Ni^2+量的线性范围为0-5.0μg/mL。方法用于铝合金标准样品中镍的测定,结果与认定值相符。使用后的离子液体经过简单处理可以重复使用。
A novel method for extractive spectrophotometric determination of nickel in ionic liquid aqueous two-phase system(ATPS) formed by a hydrophilic ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazoliumtetrafluoroborate(BF4) and NaH2PO4 was developed.The influence of ionic liquid dosage,solution acidity,dosage of xylenol orange,salt content and elimination of interference from other coexisting substances on the extractive determination of nickel were studied.In the ionic liquid aqueous two-phase system with a pH value of 5.0~6.0,the complex formed by xylenol orange and Ni2+ had high absorbance with its maximum absorption wavelength identified at 465 nm.The Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0~5.0 μg/mL for Ni2+ with an apparent molar absorptivity of 7.86×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.The complex ratio of xylenol orange and Ni2+ was 3∶1.The method has been applied to the determination of nickel in standard aluminum alloy and the results were in agreement with the certified values.The ionic liquid could be repeatedly used after simple treatment.
