基于偏离份额法的河南省资源型城市转型分析

运用偏离份额分析法,对河南省2004-2014年7个资源型城市的产业转型进行了深入研究。研究结果表明:①采矿业依然是河南省资源型城市的增长性产业,资源型城市还没有完全摆脱对资源的依赖,但依赖程度有所下降;采矿业对资源型城市经济发展贡献度降低;促进资源型城市经济增长的产业呈现多元化趋势。②洛阳、平顶山、三门峡3个城市产业转型摆脱路径依赖难度较大,而鹤壁、焦作、濮阳、南阳4个城市摆脱路径依赖难度相对较小。③大部分资源型城市的采矿业已经不具备优势,取而代之的是制造业和建筑业,表明在研究的两个时段内资源型城市转型取得了一定成效,但这些城市将进一步向科技含量高、附加值高的产业转型。

英文摘要:

This paper used shift share method to study the transformation of resource - based cities in Henan Province during the 2004 - 2014. The results showed that: ①The mining industry was still the growth industry of the resource - based cities in Henan province,resource - based cities were still unable to get rid of dependence on resources. However, the dependence of resource- based cities on resources was declining, the contribu- tion of mining industry to the economic development was also decreasing, the industry which promoted the economic growth of resource - based cities showed a diversified trend. ②In the future, Luoyang, Pingdingshan, Sanmenxia were more difficult to get rid of the path dependence. However, Hebi, Jiaozuo, Puyang and Nanyang were relatively easy to get rid of the path dependence. QThe mining industry had lost the advantages in most of the re- source - based cities, manufacturing and construction industries replaced mining industry as the dominant sector of resource - based cities, it showed that the transformation of resource - based cities got achievements in the two periods. However, the transformation of these cities had to shift to the technology - intensive, high value- added industries in the future.
