通过大田试验研究土壤施用亚硒酸钠对乌龙茶硒含量的影响。设计亚硒酸钠施用量CK(0gSe·hm-2)、S1(500gSe·hm-2)、S2(1000gSe·hm-2)和S3(2000gSe·hm-2)4个处理。结果表明,土壤施用亚硒酸钠对茶叶产量没有产生显著影响,土壤施用亚硒酸钠可以显著提高茶叶的硒含量,提高幅度随着施用量的增加而增加。土壤施硒处理,当年茶叶硒肥新稍吸收率在0.040%~0.066%之间,土壤施用亚硒酸钠中硒的利用率较低。
A field experiment was conducted to study the effect and efficiency of sodium selenite application on the selenium (Se) content in the oolong tea grown on the soil. Four levels of sodium selenite application, i. e. , 0 (CK), 500,1, 000,and 2, 000 g Se/hm2 were used. The Se applications did not significantly alter the tea yield? but significantly increased the Se content in the tea leaves with the increasing fertilization. The yearly Se absorption in the new shoots on a tea plant ranged merely 0. 040% to 0. 066% , indicating a rather inefficient selenite utilization.
