Due to frequent incidents,emergency management becomes more and more important. As an important means of improving commanders＇ compound disposal ability,emergency simulation exercise is driven by scenario. Based on knowledge element theory,this paper analyzes scenario elements,attributes of scenario elements and the relationship among them in emergency simulation exercise. In addition,building intuitive dynamic scenarios for the participants can help them make real-time scientific decisions.
