According to the basic index of the analysis of the carrying capacity of agricultural water price and its compensational standard.The compensational effect is analyzed,and the results is indicated as follows： there are the different compensational level in the different basin based on the different carrying capacity of the future agricultural water price,and the more high compensational level must be given for the food crop so as to protect the safety of the production of food.In the same time,it is important for the more high compensation of agriculture and the other subsidy of agricultural production in order to carry out the adjustment of agricultural water price.
