研究了锌电沉积过程中溶液中锌离子浓度和硫酸浓度对电积液密度、导电率、槽电压以及电沉积电流效率的影响。结果表明,电流效率随着溶液中锌含量增大和溶液中硫酸含量的减小而增大。通过回归分析,得到了溶液浓度与锌电沉积参数关系的回归方程,并得出了锌电沉积的最优化条件。
The effects of the concentration of zinc ion and sulfuric acid in the solution during the zinc electro-deposition on the density, conductivity and cell voltage of electro-deposit solution, as well as current efficiency for electro-deposition all have been studied. Results show that current efficiency increases with the increasing of the content of zinc and decreasing of the content of sulfuric acid in the solution. Through regression analysis, a regression equation has been obtained for the relationship between the solution concentration and parameter of zinc electro-deposition, and the optimal conditions for zinc electro-deposition also have been obtained.
