利用功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)技术,深入研究和探讨独立成分分析(independent component analysis,ICA)和相关分析在功能连接方面的应用,并应用于静息状态功能连接,考察在阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)的病理条件下人脑默认网络(default mode network)的异常,从而加深对AD病理机制的理解和认识.
A new method for functional connectivity based on independent component analysis (ICA) and correlation for functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is applied to resting state functional connectivity, which is finally applied to reveal the abnormality of the default mode network under the pathophysiology of Alzheimer's disease.
