为了解决电脑手套机滚筒选针带来的弊端,并且实现手套机提花的功能,在分析了其总体架构和选针工艺原理的基础上,设计了基于32位ARM的嵌入式手套机控制系统。并对其中的界面显示模块、花样存储调用模块以及选针驱动模块做了重点介绍。实验结果表明,该控制系统能够满足手套机新型选针机构的实现,也能满足手套机对数据传输的快速性和可靠性的要求。
In order to solve the problem of needle selection using cylinder on glove knitting machine and to achieve the jacquard functions, the needle selected principle of the glove knitting machine was discussed and.the overall framework and a 32 bit ARM microprocessor was presented as embedded control system of the machine . The part of interface displaying and the pattern memory called module, also the part of the needle selection driving were expounded . The results show that the control system can adapt the needle selected section smoothly, which algn can satisfy the real-time response,reliability on the data transmission.
