针对单相桥式整流电容滤波电路对外表现的特性问题,基于频域谐波耦合导纳矩阵模型,分别推导出单相桥式整流电容滤波电路在理想电压和畸变电压下的谐波等值电路。结合等值电路,分析了在不同电压条件下该电路产生容性特性的机理。计算和仿真研究表明,在不同电压或负载参数情况下该电路会对外表现出容性或感性特性。提出了在一定电压条件下,确定单相桥式整流电容滤波电路在某次谐波处呈现容性特性电路参数范围的方法,从而能为有效防止电路与系统电抗产生的非线性容性谐振提供依据。
By considering the characteristics of the single-phase bridge rectifier capacitance filtering circuit,the harmonic equivalent circuits of the single-phase bridge rectifier filtering circuit in ideal voltage and harmonic voltage are derived based on the frequency-domain harmonic model.With reference to the equivalent circuit,the mechanism of capacitive characteristics is analyzed in two voltage conditions.Calculation and simulation studies on the circuit are performed.The results show that under different voltage or load parameter conditions,the circuit could appear to be capacitive or inductive.A method capable of determining the range of circuit parameters which makes the single-phase bridge rectifier circuit capacitive under a definite voltage is proposed,effectively preventing the non-linear capacitive resonance between the circuit and the system inductance.
