为了获得氢氟醚HFE7000、HFE7200的表面张力和黏度参数,补充现有数据不足,为其作为电子元器件的冷却介质、工业清洗剂等工程应用提供技术支持,采用表面光散射实验系统,对HFE7000、HFE7200在293~393K温度范围内饱和状态下的表面张力和黏度进行了实验研究,共计得到44组实验数据。利用得到的实验数据,拟合得到了HFE7000、HFE7200的表面张力和黏度计算方程。其中,表面张力方程计算值和实验数据之间的绝对偏差在±0.1mN·m^-1叫以内,黏度方程计算值和实验数据之间的相对偏差在2%以内。所获得的表面张力和黏度实验数据以及计算方程,可为HFE7000、HFE7200的工程应用提供基础热物性数据。
HFE7000 and HFE7200 have been widely used as heat transfer fluids in semiconductor industry and cleaning solvents in electronic components because of their favorable thermophysical and environmental properties. To obtain their surface tension and viscosity data, HFE7000 and HFE7200 were measured in the temperature range from 293 to 393 K based on surface light scattering method in the present work. The obtained 44 experimental data were used to fit the equations of surface tension and viscosity. The absolute deviations between the calculated surface tension from the equations and the experimental results are within ±0.1 mN · m^-1, and the relative deviations are within 2 %. The experimental data of surface tension and viscosity and the equations obtained in this research can provide the basic thermal physical data for the engineering applications of HFE7000 and HFE7200.
