以港口为依托的邮轮产业正在成为新的经济增长点,其发展中的关键问题是邮轮港口的竞争力。本文在综合考虑邮轮港口的内外部条件基础上构建了国际邮轮港口竞争力评价指标,利用云模型评价法将竞争力评估指标的定性描述转换为定量测度,对欧洲的巴塞罗那港和科托尔港与中国的上海港和天津港进行了竞争力评价和比较。结果表明,上海港和天津港已经达到甚至超过欧洲二流邮轮港口的水平,但是与欧洲一流港口的差距仍然很大。进而提出了发展中国国际邮轮港口应准确定位港口功能、完善相关配套设施、提高服务水平和打造特色港口品牌等提升邮轮港口竞争力的发展建议。
英文摘要：
Cruise industry is becoming a new economic growth point, among which competitiveness of the cruise port is the key factor. Firstly, the competitiveness evaluation index is built based on the analysis of internal and external conditions as well as tourism environment. Then the qualitative description of the competitive indicators are transformed into the quantitative measurement by the cloud model evaluation method. Furthermore, comparative study is carried out among cruise ports of Barcelona, Kotor, Shanghai and Tianjin. The study results show that the Chinese cruise ports, Shanghai and Tianjin, have reached European second rate, but there is a big gap between the first rate. Lastly, development suggestions are put forward for enhancing the competitiveness of chinese cruise ports.
