为了开展针对性的支护措施优化,对湖北省某高速公路偏压隧道不同部位变形敏感性进行研究。在建立偏压隧道有限元模型的基础上,改变模型支护结构参数,根据变形量和造价的响应情况,得出支护结构参数对隧道各部位变形量和单元造价的敏感性。结合敏感性分析结果,引入参考指标K,根据各参考指标K值,提出了弱化锚杆、增加初衬厚度的整体优化措施,并针对锚杆支护效果提出不对称施加锚杆支护措施。隧道监测数据显示,以敏感性分析为基础的优化支护措施效果良好。
To optimize support measures targeted, tunnel of a highway in Hubei province is studied. the distortion sensitivity at different positions of the bias According to the response of the deformation and cost caused by changing the supporting structure parameters of FEM of bias tunnel, the sensitivity of the supporting structure parameters to each part of the tunnel and the unit cost is acquired. Combined with the result of analysis of sensitivity, the whole optimization measures that weaken the bolt and increase the lining thickness is put forward according to the reference index K. In addition, the anchor is also suggested to apply in asymmetric way based on the effect of supporting. According to the data of tunnel deformation monitoring, the optimized support measures based on sensitivity lead to own good effect.
