54 listed creative industrial parks in Fujian are investigated and their three major layout styles are illustrated as follows, such as the belt for urban renewal and surrounded by the lower reach of Min River and the Taiwan Straits, the creative industrial cluster preliminarily formed by cultural tourism, and the points and network layout formed by circle structure from coast forward to inland. Meanwhile the development patterns of creative industrial parks in Fujian are proposed as fonows, such as workshop renewal, leading enterprises driving, cultural resources development, integration between creative industry and secondary industry, and, exchange and cooperation of creative industries between Fujian and Taiwan.
