为提高装配效率,提出了一种基于端口自动匹配的智能装配技术,用来提高复杂结构产品装配的智能性和自动化程度。通过装配端口及约束关系定义,建立了装配元件间约束关系的高级抽象表达。基于装配端口特征布局图,提取基准三角形;利用端口匹配算法,快速判定端口的可装配性;通过语义推理,自动创建两匹配端口间配合操作约束集。利用三维几何约束求解引擎,计算方位变换矩阵,实现元件的自动装配。开发了智能装配原型系统,并以结构复杂的零部件装配为例进行了实验,实践表明该技术可有效减少装配过程中的三维交互操作,提高装配速度。
To promote the assembly intelligence and automation for complex structure products,an intelligent assembly technology based on automatic port matching was proposed.The high-level abstract representation of mate constraints among components was constructed by defining assembly ports and constraint relationships.The datum triangle was extracted based on feature layout graph of each port.The assembly capability between two ports was evaluated rapidly by using port matching algorithm.Through semantic inference,the mate operation constraints set between two matching ports were created automatically.The homogeneous transformation matrix was computed by three dimensional geometric constraint solving engine,thereby the automatic assembly was realized.Prototype system of intelligent assembly was developed and an assembly example of a complex structure product was tested on this system.The practice indicated this method could reduce the interactive operations effectively,and improve the assembly speed.
