The graduate practice base plays an increasingly important role in the process of graduate edu- cation. But the function of the practice dose not fully play for the limit of many conditions. In order to realize the function of base, we should start from meeting graduates training objective, widen range of joint, and perfect the operation mode and management system of graduate practice base, and then improve the training quality, and promote graduate education to develop with high level.
